We had a technician come out on a Friday and spent over $1500 to fix the AC. Less than 48 hours later, it wasn’t working. A second technician came out on Sunday and said that we needed to replace or spend another $1500+ to repair. None of our original $1500 would be put toward the new repair. Very disappointed in their customer service and standing by their work. Would not recommend or use again.
If anybody has ever allowed ADVANCED HEATING & COOLING of Penfield NY into there home for hvac service please see below….FYI… Just to clarify my fiancé worked for this company for a short period of time hence why I trusted this company into my home. Upon my own personal home video surveillance, I found an Advanced Heating & Cooling technician walking around my entire house, in and out of every room Without My Consent, illegally taking multiple pictures on a company table… See more

I had an ac unit installed a year ago and they did a fantastic job with the install. This week the unit stopped working for some reason and they responded very quickly. The part they thought was bad had to be order and was going to be a week to get but mike went above and beyond and found a way to get the part sooner so that my family wouldn’t melt in the 90 degree weather. It ended up being a spider that got crushed on one of the contacts so they replaced that part instead and had us up and running again in no time. Great j... read more
