I had a water leak over the weekend that required me to shut off water to the house, and my home warranty company assigned the call to Advanced Heating and Air on Saturday. I called the mobile number I was provided, which ended up being the owner's cell phone. He said that he didn't directly handle dispatch, but that he would advise them to get someone out to me on Sunday before 2pm, the end of their weekend emergency service hours. Deserves 0 stars. WORST COMPANY EVER! 2-10 Home Warranty assigned this pathetic excuse of a business to fix a leaking water heater. The 1st time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, AH&C cancelled because a plumber had chiggers. The 2nd time I stayed home because AH&C doesn't assign appointment times, the plumber spent 15 minutes here, collected $100 and said he would return in 2 days at an unspecified time with a new part. Advanced Heating and Air replaced both our worn out units. This morning was 5 degrees in Strawberry Plains and we are toasty warm. Thanks guys... You did an excellent job. Looking forward to your company doing the encapsulation in crawl space to make the air cleaner and even more controlled. We were very happy with our much lower heat bill.
