NOTHING “ADVANCED” about this place! This place is a joke! The guy at the front desk seems incompetent and rude. Had me drive 1 1/2 EACH WAY JUST for my mom to come ONLY to drop off the insurance information, he scheduled us thinking my mom was going to pick her hearing aid and get fitted but to our SURPRISE he had us scheduled just to drop off the insurance information, which could have been done 3 weeks prior through email, fax or text?!
