Dr. Ham seemed knowledgeable, and he was very thorough and kind. He was able to hook my Mom's hearing aids up to a computer program and adjust them, even though her hearing aids are old.
Junesoo is the MOST patient and diligent person and took great care of my very cranky 90 year old father. In fact he came out 2 extra times to adjust the fit. It was really wonderful to be able to speak to my dad at a normal decibel level.
As the daughter of aging parents experiencing hearing loss, I didn't know where to turn. Now I know the answer! JuneSoo Ham's bedside manner was outstanding. He understands that hearing loss can be very frustrating and he is incredibly compassionate. You want someone who cares deeply to evaluate and take care of the ones you care for.
