I don't think you will find a more caring or diligent hearing aid provider - I know I haven't and have referred several people to JuneSoo. I have had several unique issues and JuneSoo never hesitated to tackle every single one. Due to his diligence, I was referred to an Ears, Nose Throat Specialist and have a nasal cavity scheduled surgery. JuneSoo is the best

Dr. Ham seemed knowledgeable, and he was very thorough and kind. He was able to hook my Mom's hearing aids up to a computer program and adjust them, even though her hearing aids are old.
Junesoo is the MOST patient and diligent person and took great care of my very cranky 90 year old father. In fact he came out 2 extra times to adjust the fit. It was really wonderful to be able to speak to my dad at a normal decibel level.
