Very poor service, from the staff who take the calls to Dr. Shafai. Definitely won't be taking my business back to them. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone I know. If this practice existed in California it would not succeed. They will easily make you wait and hour after your scheduled time, it happened to me twice.
