My family and I had been using the same dentist for the past twenty years when we decided it was finally time to find a new dentist in our valley. We were recommended to Drs. Allen and Kelly Smudde about three years ago and though we'd give them a try. We are very happy with our decision and now actually enjoy our visits to the dentist! Wow!! I've avoided the dentist for 12 years.. Yes.. I know..bad boy! I was so scared of the pain. I know this might sound like one of those commercials you see on tv, but it's real life! I feel like a new person. Had a deep cleaning, crown prep and an extraction, under lite sedation.. 2 days ago.. Never felt any pain, even days later. The crew was great, my dentist was A++++++. Lisa and your staff are outstanding. Great people skills, very friendly and professional. Lisa was very thorough with my teeth cleaning and I request to have her clean my teeth on a regular basis. Your office staff always makes me feel comfortable and right at home. Now to the dentists...A+ in my book. Both Smuddes are attentive to my concerns and the quality of their work is first rate.
It was as great as always! The only issue I had was that I didn't get a receipt for the payment I made that our insurance didn't cover. Could have been because there was an outside service working on your computers that day. Could you please email or text me the receipt? I need to turn it into another insurance company. Had a wonderful experience as usual! Went in for a cleaning and x-rays and since all looked well I'll see them again in 6 months.
