The staff is friendly and efficient. The office is beautiful. Dr. Smudde uses all the latest equipment to make your visit more comfortable and more efficient. My procedure included 2 fillings and a crown. Dr. Allen Smudde is gentle and considerate with regards to your comfort and the results of the procedures were more than satisfactory. He is the best dentist I have ever had.
Theresa and Dr. Sharon were gentle, no casualties.
Erin took such good care of me! She was educating me as she was working. She is very compassionate and complete. The entire office takes pride in what they do as individuals and as a team. it was a pleasure to go to the dentist.
My teeth were in really bad shape. They were cracked, chipped and stained. I would never smile because I was so embarrassed. I had been to several dentists’ to see if I could get them fixed. I was just not comfortable with them or their staff. A co-worker told me he goes to Dr. Al and his wife Dr. Kelly and is very happy with their service. Each time we visit it gets better. The staff is wonderful! Erin, our hygienist, is just top notch. Always professional and always a great experience.
First of all, I was warmly greeted by Bailey the receptionist which made me feel welcome. Secondly, my appointment started on time, which to me is important. I was there for a dental cleaning. I was escorted to the hygienists work area where she explained what she was going to do. After cleaning my teeth, she followed up by suggesting a Fluoride treatment, which I accepted.
