I went to IAG for chest pains following seeing a cardiologist. I was ordered to do an endoscopy. The front office staff are very rude. The back of house are very nice. The doctor is wonderful. I was scheduled a follow up to my procedure and the office staff scheduled me for 11. I got there about 10:45 am, and at 12 the lunch they had ordered to be catered arrived, so they all stopped working to go into a conference room and eat lunch. I would not recommend this place. I had an EGD done aYear ago and they didn’t put me under as I requested. Today 7/12 had a colonoscopy done and the same thing happened. Taking about painful. They didn’t even finish the procedure. All that prep for nothing. I told Dr Rahal twice about them not putting under. Next time it happened again. I’m so done
I had an impaction & Dr. Rahal never responded to ER doc phone calls.

The Billing department, and Doctor were horrible. Never ever would I go back there.
The wait at this place is beyond ridiculous! They pack so many patients in that I'm quite certain there's got to be a fire code violation.
They are trying to bill me twice for my copay. You have to pay to get your results as well, With a doctors appointment to speak with the doctors assistant not even the real doctor.
