I had a wiring issue where a possum chewed through the sensor wires that allowed the door to close automatically. Advanced Garages was able to schedule me quickly, his price was fair, and he had it fixed in less than an hour. He also lubricated the rollers while he was there since they were sounding kind of rough when the door opened and closed. Hopefully I don't have anymore possum issues, but he'll be my go-to garage door guy for any future issues.
