Dr. Hamid R. Arabshahi has completely re-established my faith in the medical profession. He was kind, present, mindful of my concerns and most importantly took the time needed to not only treat my issue but explain to me his process/approach. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with their billing practices and transparency with costs. They were unwilling to remedy the situation and blamed me for their charges. This was an initial appointment where the provider assessed my concerns and recommended a piece of medical equipment in addition to imaging and a series of treatments at the clinic. Both my daughter and I have seen Dr Arabshahi a few times and we could not be happier with the way our visits went! The appointments were never rushed. Dr Arabshahi is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and going over our symptoms. Dr Arabshahi gave us options on how to proceed with our treatments and made sure we were well informed and we understood what we need to do next to improve our health. Dr. A is terrific. He takes time to explain things, and he does great work. Plus, he’s likable! Highly recommend.
I have know Dr. A for a long time. My parents used to go to him and absolutely loved the way he cared for them. He was not only their doctor but a friend. Now I have started going to him for my heel pain. His orthotics are great, and his conservative treatment has gotten me back to running again. I'm truly thankful to Dr. A and his friendly staff.
