I got no help. The doctor (Myer) just told me the pain would go away in 6 months or less. It has already been six months. My appointment was at 9 am and they sent me multiple messages about getting there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, so I got there at 8:45. They don't open until 9:00 and the doctor didn't show up until 9:20. He told me he could put some tape on my foot and really urged me to let him try, so I let him tape my foot.
