I was super nervous, don’t like my feet being touched but had a very bad i grown mail that was infected. The entire staff explained everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. Other than having to wait a bit over my appointment time, they moved very quickly and I’m very grateful! Thank you Dr. Russell Pendleton!
I called for an appointment and the staff was so rude. They would not believe me about my medical insurance and refused to verify that these Doctors were on my UHC plan. She told me to call UHC myself even thou I told her they gave me their name. So I went to Care Now and received excellent care.
Dr. Pendleton is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend!
Let me start off by saying I have the WORST anxiety with anything with my toes. I had toe surgery a While back and always avoided them. (Different doctor not this one) and I never wanted anything else done. Then I had developed a something that needed immediate attention. So I brought my mom with me for emotional support haha. This place WAS amazing!! Front desk was great they treated us amazing as soon as my mom and kids walked in.
