Dr. Pendleton is the worst choice and the worst excuse of a podiatrist there is. He continually ignored my father’s wound on his foot and directed him to clean it, use antibiotic ointment, and a band aid and completely ignored his second wound. This went on for months with ZERO indication further treatment was needed even though I knew he was wrong. The customer service is lacking. I arrived early and waited over 30 minutes after appointment time before I was seen. No explanation or acknowledgement of the wait. I left several messages asking questions about my visit. No one called back. Called today and the mailbox is not set up. I will definitely look for a different doctor.
Dr Pendleton is not only kind but very helpful & knowledgeable with his care for my feet. He is just the best !!
I was super nervous, don’t like my feet being touched but had a very bad i grown mail that was infected. The entire staff explained everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. Other than having to wait a bit over my appointment time, they moved very quickly and I’m very grateful! Thank you Dr. Russell Pendleton!
