I’ve been seeming Dr.I for about 8 years. When I say she’s the best dentist I’ve ever been too and I been to a lot of dentist. You can tell she loves her craft and she’s good at what she does. Very nice lady with a beautiful spirit. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Everyone in the office is so nice and pleasant. Just wanna thank Dr.I, Miss Debbie and Tiana. You guys are amazing.
The dentist hums a sweet song while she works and the young hygienist assistant is very attentive. The receptionists are very pleasant. The whole experience is peaceful and calm, with and without anesthesia. Highly recommend.
Let me start with the person at the front desk, the most unprofessional with a nasty attitude. I made an appointment, took my insurance Information , call me to confirm, when I get there I was told that they didn't take my Insurance. Go to another dentist this i e withhold disappoint you. Trust me they dont care about you .
The hours are obviously wrong. I have an appointment at 9:30am and I show up 15 minutes early and the doors are locked. If you're open at 9am there's no reason i can't show up to my appointment 15 minutes early.
I have been hesitating on calling to make an appointment. I called today because the office is in walking distance to my house. Someone answered the phone. I told her what health insurance I had. I may have stated it wrong, but when I told her the health plan I had and not the Dental Plan I have she abruptly said, we don't take that. It was nasty to me and left me angry.
