If you are looking to become a new patient, go somewhere else. They took an entire day to verify if my insurance was in network and then told me I couldn't schedule an appt since I was sick. Why are you even in practice as a medical doctor if you don't see sick patients? If everyone was in great health all the time, you wouldn't have a job. 2020 and COVID was 5 years ago. We are in 2025 now. This practice should really look into changing their policy.
Over the years that I've been a patient, their service has greatly improved. Communication is simple, and requests for lab work and medicine refills are processed promptly and effectively. The staff is thorough, proactive, and kind, and they are always willing to help. I strongly recommend Dr. Khan to anyone looking for a reliable primary care physician!

Front desk forgot about me. 4 patient what's up before me. I have to ask for the service. Before that I have to wait almost 50 minutes to give blood and urine. When I was feeling you were back because of my high sugar , receptionist told me, she wanted to make an schedule with doctor through video conference. At that time, Dr Khan was present in the office. Minister of doctor Khan, receptionist making the decision that I cannot see a doctor, because I was looking bad. I had a sore throat, Head aches. So sad.
I went in for blood work testing. The 2 nurses were fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and we were able to even have a few laughs. It made going to the doctor much more enjoyable. The staff at the entrance desk were friendly and welcoming. A nice change from other doctors offices I have gone to before. Professional and Friendly. I could not be more pleased with my visit.
