The office was quick and efficient. I was glad to hear I didn’t need glasses this time.
I visited Advanced Family Eyecare for the first time and was completely amazed by the fantastic service and friendly staff. The staff made my entire experience, from start to finish, feel as if I wasn't just a patient but part of the family. Why did I wait so long to come here!?!
We were fed up with the mall stores, so someone from work recommended Dr. Tuel to us. We absolutely love it there! All of the staff are so friendly and personable, and he has seen my son since he was 4--great with kids and adults alike! He has a great sense of humor, and we never feel pressured to purchase more than we need.

There aren’t enough good things to say about the services and care our family receives from Advanced Family Eye Care. Appointments are always on time, flow smoothly and are extremely detailed. When getting glasses, staff members take their time to assure I’m getting exactly what I need and like. Amazing Customer Service!

Such an amazing staff! You are always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We’ve been making our annual visits for nearly 13 years now and will continue to do so!
I had my first visit with AFEC last week and couldn't be more pleased! I had previously visited another optometrist in Plainfield and never felt that I was their priority. Dr Tuel and Samantha both took plenty of time for my concerns and questions. Samantha was excellent with the assist on frames and options. I am already recommending AFEC to friends. Thanks so much! No matter your age, you are taken care of at this office. My small children feel comfortable here, as do my parents who are 77. We have had "eye issues" since birth and I have never found a group I feel as confident with as I do here. Thank you!
