Terrible service!!! When I tried to purchase glasses, they ordered the wrong frames and then blamed me and used my insurance to get a replacement set of frames. Because of the delays they are now saying it could be another 1 1/2 weeks until I get my glasses. Which would make it almost 6 weeks to get glasses. This is completely unprofessional. RecommendedNew member of their family. I called them when all the doctors offices were closed..I needed new contacts and glasses so bad, they called me as soon as they were able to see patients again. Everyone was super nice and helpful!
Can't say enough how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Tuel at Advanced Family Eyecare. The service was friendly, timely and extremely thorough. There is no comparison to the big-box centers Dr. Tuel did a more complete examine and asked far more questions to make sure he understood all my concerns. Love my new glasses! Thank You! Definitely a five star operation!

My eye exam was very thorough and individualized. The exam included many different aspects of eye care and not just checking for vision correction related to wearing glasses. The staff and Dr. Tuel are very friendly.
