VERY UNORGANIZED!!!!! The office staff is completely UNORGANIZED!
We had Danielle in Naperville as our hygienist and she was excellent - very highly recommend.
I like then a lot that's where my daughter go for her braces
My daughter and I had 7:10 appointments. We arrived 15 minutes early. I was seen at 7:30 and was done at 8:30. My daughter was still waiting to be seen! And yet I saw at least 6 people who came in after us taken before us. RIDICULOUS! Every time we are there we are lucky if the wait is less than an hour, but this was unacceptable. My time is valuable, too. And I never see the same dentist twice. I love my hygienist, she is terrific and I will miss her. But we won't be going back.
