I called on 7/12/18 a few times and it just rang and directed me to leave a message, so I did. I also submitted a request on the website to get an appointment scheduled. I called 7/16/18 and left another message. Finally on 7/19/18 I called once more and still no answer. Today 7/23/18 I still have NOT heard anything from this place. I only wanted to go here because it was recommended by someone. If trying to get an appt is THIS hard, I can't imagine how it would be once you get in.

Crest Hill location and Dr Pearce are fantastic After having problems in Plainfield with Dr River (horrible dentist) and then moving to th Shorewood location, I like Dr Huong but not the rest of them there, I tried Crest Hill and REALLY liked Dr Pearce So I’m switching there in hopes no one else with Advanced Family screws up my teeth 🤣

RecommendedI absolutely love them here!! Dr. Taneva is wonderful. Always a great experience from the time I walk in the door until I’m leaving out. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend them to my entire family!! Laura is amazing always on top of things and greets you with a smile! I hate to leave this office but at least I’m sticking with the Advanced Dental Family!
