What an amazing group of professionals. Brought my 13yr daughter in after she developed frequent headaches and complained of trouble seeing the board at school. After a complete and thorough exam Dr Christy determined she would need prescription glasses/contacts. This was missed earlier in the year during a brief eye exam at a different healthcare facility. I am new to the area and had not yet found an optometrist. I started having terrible eye pain as if something was in my eye, called AEC and they brought me in today. Corneal Ulcers are painful! Thank goodness so grateful for Dr McDonald, Gloria, McKayla (sp sorry!) and Heather—you guys helped me so much, thank you. You were all courteous and professional and also kind☺️ Highly recommend!
I like Dr. Ben too, but not the service that I got from the front desk mgr. I stop at the clinic yesterday morning wanting to buy a pair of contact lens for my trip. I was told my prescription has expired last month (September) So I cannot get them and she insisted I should get a new contact lens check up. I told her I don’t have the time and I needed it to take with me to travel and my current contact lens prescription is fine I can see clear. I just want to buy a pair for emergency . I was Seminole County 2019 Smile Makeover Contest Winner through Dr. Falco’s dentist office in Lake Mary. Dr. Ben was a partner in the contest and he donated his time and services for the contest. I had the Ortho-k done on my eyes and I couldn’t be more happy! No more fiddling with glasses or contacts throughout the day. It has been absolutely amazing! I have been a patient since the early days. They are fabulous doctors. Kind, thorough, caring. I feel very well taken care of and feel like my sons eyes are in great hands also. Kudos to the amazing staff!!!
