Customer service and experience was great. Hours of service need to update they where not open when most often when it is says they should be. So they often do not answer the phone or are not in the office when needed.

Very poor customer service and the fill in doctor was rude, wouldn't help my situation and had an attitude. I will never use them again which is sad because Dr. Nguyen was great when I came the first time.

My girlfriend loves to go to Advanced Eye Care in Brenham to visit Dr. Morris. She loves the care she receives and they do a great job at ensuring she receives high quality attention. We highly recommend Advanced Eye Care.

Horrible customer service. Got an email at 9:52am telling me to reschedule a 10:00am appointment that same day, too bad I was in the car on the way there or I would have known that before I insisted that I had an appointment. This didn’t matter at all to the receptionist, or any of the doctors standing around, who said I could wait an hour and a half or come back in a week. Not going back...
