Dr Hawkins is so sweet, personable and friendly. She listens to exactly what you need for your vision. I went to her last year knowing I needed help with my vision. The staff was super helpful letting my try on frames for as long as I wanted to. My glasses were perfect. I did not realize how much I needed them. I went today a year later to have my eyes examined and wanted to start using contacts. Dr Hawkins listened to what I wanted. As a new patient of Advanced I’m very disappointed in the time frame of my glasses . I ordered my glasses before the Christmas holiday and they said it would be a little bit after the new year. January 15 and I still don’t have glasses. I will say the doctor was amazing but next year I probably won’t go back because when you order glasses it’s because you’re having a hard time seeing . I usually love Advanced eye care. Live most of the staff. I feel like I was taken for a very expensive ride the last visit. The front desk informed me when I asked if I had to do the photo procedure on my daughter and myself (that costs 35$ and insurance dosen't cover) that we had to do it every year. The next day my husband asked the same thing they said it's not mandatory. Then when we wanted to switch from daily to weekly contacts they charged a 60$ "try on" fee. Man just make sure you ask every step
