Your receptionist, Rachael, immediately made me comfortable as I walked in. Everyone was friendly. I have a suggestion for the sign-in. Although very convenient to use instead of paper, the laptop is set too low for a tall person, I'm only 6'1. Maybe a stool or chair for the sign-in
