The office canceled an appointment that was scheduled by the doctor as a routine follow up appointment, because I wouldn't agree to them wanting to charge me a fee because of my needing to reschedule due to insurance. Requested to speak to the office manager she wouldn't come to the phone. OFFICE STAFF ARE NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS! THEY SHOULDN'T CANCEL THE DOCTOR'S RECOMMENDATION! OFFICE STAFF RUDE!
Wonderful experience given the circumstances and fear of unknown. Dr. Hawkins was wonderful, thorough, and knowledgeable!
We have been going to Dr Smith for years and always appreciate his staff and his fine work. I know that when I go into his office, I’m usually in some pain and will most likely have to have work done. He is always gentle and he and his staff are always aware of my fears and anxieties and help to alleviate them.
I was referred to Dr Smith from my Dentist to have a root canal; My experience was nothing short of exceptional!!! Dr Smith chair side manner is absolutely phenomenal he gives you ease before and throughout the process by telling you step by step what to expect.
