Wonderful experience given the circumstances and fear of unknown. Dr. Hawkins was wonderful, thorough, and knowledgeable!
We have been going to Dr Smith for years and always appreciate his staff and his fine work. I know that when I go into his office, I’m usually in some pain and will most likely have to have work done. He is always gentle and he and his staff are always aware of my fears and anxieties and help to alleviate them.
I was referred to Dr Smith from my Dentist to have a root canal; My experience was nothing short of exceptional!!! Dr Smith chair side manner is absolutely phenomenal he gives you ease before and throughout the process by telling you step by step what to expect. Had my very first root canal done here and let me advise you that they KNOW what they’re doing. It was the most pleasant experience at a dental office/with a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. James Smith for a root canal. I had minimal pain and soreness after the numbing meds wore off that could be treated with Advil for a day. I was so pleased with how painless he makes everything. There’s nothing worse than a toothache. Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for relieving my pain. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
