Made a call this morning for my rental unit and the door was fixed by noon! I was also expecting to pay 125 just for the call out to get the door hung right again and he informed me it was just a broken hinge. Honest, fair, and timely. Doesn't get much better!
Ned came out last week to repair both of our garage doors! He has excellent customer service and always does a great job! Not to mention- the are reasonable in repair costs! I highly recommend Ned!
I can't recommend Advanced Door works enough!! Our garage door opener died on us (not surprising, it was 20 years old) and Ned was able to come right over to replace it with a lovely new LiftMaster. He quoted us a fair price, and got right to work. He stayed behind for a good 20 minutes walking me through all the new features, programming my new code and answering my questions. If you have garage door issues, call Ned!! Their customer service is superior!!
Ned came within a day. He was efficient and we really like our new garage door opener. The other one was shot!
I used another company before and the service was night and day, meaning these guys are great. I don’t really leave reviews on FB but Ned deserves to be recognized. He came out on a Saturday and told me exactly what needed to be done no BS, I will use them again.
