RecommendedNed and Amber are great. Ned just came out within a few hours of my call and fixed a broken sprocket assembly on the garage door opener at a very reasonable price. I've used them for years on some rentals I have and they've always been great.
Ned from Advanced Door Works showed up at the beginning of my service window on a snowy morning and had my repair done very quickly. While there is no fix for the damage, there was a repair option to postpone the inevitable garage door replacement. I appreciate the options, the great service, and the kind neighborly treatment.
I highly recommend Advanced Door Works for your garage door needs. I used them in 2014 to install an exterior key pad. Today I again called Advanced Door Works, as it was very cold and I had an issue with the garage door not closing. Ned (same technician that did the work in 2014) came out to assist me. He was on time, and immediately diagnosed and repaired the issue. I also had him do some routine maintenance work. He is a true professional and Advanced Door Works is a trustworthy, reliable company!
Ben came today to fix my garage door. He was right on the time, fast and had my door working in less than 30 minutes. He was great and the repair cost was very reasonable. My door is so quiet now. Thanks Ben.

I called Thursday night and got an appointment for Saturday morning to have my broken spring fixed. They called Saturday morning and were there exactly at time specified. It took him one hour and he replace my one huge broken spring with 2. My garage door works and sounds so much better! Thanx for your prompt response and great customer service!
Ned arrived an hour early and asked if the timing was O K. He was extremely courteous and professional. He gave me a thorough explanation about a spring problem, replaced the broken spring, and was finished in half an hour. I have been using Advanced Door Works since 1991 and have been completely satisfied.
We have used Ned 3 or 4 times over the last 20 years. He is always on time, quickly and completely does the work and is very reasonable in pricing. We highly recommend Ned.
