A great doctor! The kind demeanor of the whole office made me feel welcomed to ask about my health! I saw great results and their was virtually no wait time!
I visited Dr. Fox at his office, Advanced Dermatology in Freshmeadows, and I had a very positive experience. I came in and was seen right away. The staff was warm, courteous, and friendly. I had a mole removed from my neck and another from my face. I was very concerned and worried about the mole on my face being removed but to my delight, it healed beautifully. I recommend Dr. Fox for his great work.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
