I've been a long term skin ca. patient & jad to use this practice as my usual Derm/ was not on my insurance plan. Each appt, Dr. Yungman did not do a complete skin cancer check up of which I need every 6 months. The last 2 times I was misdiagnosed regarding an area I had on my upper lip. The first time, he said it was Dermatitis of some sort and gave me some cream. I reluctantly used the cream & went back a 2nd time & waited 1 1/2 hours past my appt. time to see the Dr. He freezes the area this time but not like my other Dr.... read more
Dr is superb but the office staff is the worst. Received a med from drugstore that he had not discussed. I didn't know what to do with it. Called nurse and office manager and no one will return calls.
