I really appreciate the employees at this place but getting a return call back/or anyone on the phone in general is impossible. I left three voicemails in a two week time period after they did not call me with my results. I finally selected the manager and received a live person only to have to receive a phone call back. They left a message for me stating they were playin phone tag with me which is completely inaccurate. I luckily located a dermatologist who is top notch so it was in my favor they sucked.

This dermatology office has been unprofessional from the start. On my first visit, the front desk took my ID and never gave it back. When I came out of the dermatologist’s room and asked for it, I told them I remembered handing it over and pressed them to check again. They denied it and insisted they “wouldn’t do that.” A week later, my ID arrived in the mail from them—just the ID in an envelope. This is an updated from my last visit. After the worse ever experiences with this clinic and paid my bill before leaving. I decided not to go back but turned out they still sending you bills after so everyone needs to be very very careful with that.

Not sure how this place still has 4 stars. Do yourself a favor and read the 1 star reviews. I went in oct of 2024, for routine screening, I felt incredibly rushed and not listened to. Zero bedside manner from my provider. They took 3 moles, and I still have a decent scar from one on my leg. I got a bill for around $2000 days later. Fortunately I called my insurance company and got it straightened out, but they’d missed a number on the policy so it looked like I wasn’t covered. Won’t be going back here ever. I’m a current patient (and not for long), and this is an awful dermatologist office. My PA had the worst bedside manner and the office staff have been completely non-responsive to my attempts to learn biopsy results. Multiple calls were not returned and they have an embarrassingly bad patient portal. Don’t waste your time with this provider.
