Edit to respond: I went to a real dermatology doctor and she did a lot more test and a treatment plan, so your response only proves that you guys know absolutely nothing about dermatology and I will shout it from the roof tops DO NOT GO TO ADVANCED DERMATOLOGY, WHAT IF YOU HAVE SKIN CANCER THEY WILL NOT FIND IT! This is still owned by previous owner. Had a really bad experience with them overcharging hundreds
Stay away from this place. Their negligence and greed could cost you your health — or worse, your life. I want to start by saying I have never left a 1-star review in my life. What it has taken to get me to the point of sitting down and writing this is unbelievable. Friendly, efficient, compassionate care. Questions answered thoroughly and professionally. Easy to schedule appointment using website. I arrived early to complete any paperwork and was seen before my appintment time. Recommend this clinic.
I really appreciate the employees at this place but getting a return call back/or anyone on the phone in general is impossible. I left three voicemails in a two week time period after they did not call me with my results. I finally selected the manager and received a live person only to have to receive a phone call back. They left a message for me stating they were playin phone tag with me which is completely inaccurate. I luckily located a dermatologist who is top notch so it was in my favor they sucked.
