The appointment lasted no more than two minutes. She asked about my concerns, and after I explained, she quickly prescribed the same medication from 5-6 years ago that was still in the system. Sarah didn’t bother to examine the areas of concern, including my scalp. I had multiple concerns, and I even adjusted the camera to check if she was paying attention.
