RecommendedVery prompt, very clean. Everyone was friendly. Dr Jess was was great! My only complaint would be ... I have United insurance which covered the visit but my copayment was $60 which my Medicare always pick up. I was told you would not take my Medicare insurance for the copay so I had to pay it!! My question would be way don’t you except Medicare insurance? Thank you.

Dr. Englert is great. She has a personality that puts you at ease the moment she walks in. I felt comfortable right away. I hate that I can recall the assistant’s name- I want to say Melissa?- because she was wonderful as well. I know I will be returning to the practice for all my dermatological needs from now on.
First visit. Greeted and had temp checked on the way in. Very short wait. Dr and staff were professional and courteous. Exam was as I had requested. I felt good that I had made the visit.
