I usually don’t write reviews on Google but I hated my experience with this dermatologist, George Hsieh. The way he spoke to me felt so condescending and negative. I dealt with cystic acne and his reaction when he saw me was like I’ll never recover from it. The worst way to talk to someone who’s coming to you for help. I had to waste my copay on this terrible experience and he prescribed me medication that wasn’t even covered under my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket.
Staff is lovely and very helpful. Dr was equally helpful in explaining everything. I will be going back.
If you are a woman, do not see this man because he does not care about you or your concerns or your body and you are worth being seen and heard and listened to! I really don't like leaving negative reviews but I would feel even worse if I didn't warn others of my experience with Dr. Hsieh (pronounced Shay) My concerns were not heard and he constantly talked over me while making it very clear that his "friendship" with the doctors in the community was more important than helping me - I literally left the practice in tears fee... read more
I took my 17 year old son in for a follow up since I had some questions about a mole and some fungus in addition to the main issue (acne); he had gone in alone before. It's been a long time since I've encountered such a rude doctor. He didn't acknowledge me in any way, he talked over me when I began talking, he didn't allow any questions, I had to interrupt him to ask what I need to ask.
