Can't rate their service, as you can't even make an appointment without being hung up on and transferred back to operator....No, I will be finding someone else. Won't be getting to much business if you just hang up on potential patients. I have 2 sons that I needed to get in the first week of January.
It's amazing how they are willing to take your money for nothing. A 3 minute visit to refer me to a plastic surgeon after I asked them on the phone and in the office if this is something they will do. They confidently said yes then Joe the "Dr" in one minute he tells me he can't do it and he will refer me to a surgeon he trusts but he is willing to take my money for the 3 minutes of his time. $80 dollars for nothing and to send me to someone else. I just got out of the call with their secretary and I gotta say she is the worst employee I have ever seen. I didn't even get the chance to go see Dr. Samantha but just by talking to her secretary I don't even want to waste my time. I have been having horrible reactions with creams and I need to test for allergies to figure what is causing it and the woman on the phone was the rudest ever.
