RecommendedExcellent care! Dr. Wickless is kind, thorough and extremely competent. Staff are courteous, pleasant and efficient. Office staff screen patients with questions and temp check and everyone wears a mask. Office is extremely clean, seating areas are comfortable and spaced apart. Easy to schedule appr on line. Highly recommend this practice
Terrible customer care. I took off work, checked my daughter out of school, had to arrange my husband taking off for my sick son, so I could bring daughter to her appointment, we scheduled 3 weeks ago. When we showed up, the lights were off, and the one girl working, said no one was there and someone called me at some point to reschedule. I received a confirmation email the morning of the appointment and confirmed. There was never any follow up and we will not be back.
RecommendedBest dermatologist in NYC! Always takes the time to listed and offers different solutions to the condition. Dr. Levit is up on the latest treatments and research. Great with kids and adults alike. While he is extremely busy, appointment times are kept and there are no long waits. A huge asset to the community and to anyone needing dermatology treatment.
