The care, kindness and attention to my skin problems have been amazing. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice and its caring team of Dr’s, nurses and all support staff. I’m glad I found them as my very severe eczema is getting better and staying away. Very grateful.
My visit was just ok. I visited here for a sensitive issue and was seen by Alex Rodriguez who is a PA who was nice and seemed knowledgeable about my issue. During my assessment with him however, I had an underlying sense that he was in a rush. It was infectious and i felt pressured by it. I had questions to ask him which he responded to promptly but i felt like i was getting the minimal response from him. If you need Dr. Pimple Popper or cyst removal - Alex is great. I have also seen other providers and well worth the visit. Provided options that primary care did not provide despite years with the same problem. I was seen quickly and they even called to offer an appointment for the same day.
I am blown away! I went to this dermatologist with the intention of collecting some of my prescriptions that I’ve received in the past. I was FULLY seen and I paid my co pay as we all do. The minute I walked into the patient room I was addressed by a really nice person however she was trying to upsell me on hair products, (shampoo, conditioner, gummy’s you name it!)
