I went in for a routine skin check and made it clear up front that I would be paying out of pocket instead of through insurance. The nursing assistant was very rude and had no bedside manners or warmth. She wouldn't look at us or look us in the eye. We had booked an appointment and listed the items we needed to discuss when we called to book, and they said that was fine. They wanted to get a few appointments out of us to charge more. She stated that we can only discuss 1-2 issues, and then you'll have to return to address the third. These were standard skin issues that you consult with a dermatologist! Our experience here has been amazing!! The receptionist Jackie is and incredible person! She's so attentive and caring it's wonderful! The doctor has always been very helpful and sweet. I 10/10 recommend!!
