Really helped me.
I do NOT recommend the St Pete, FL Carillon office. I went in for a full mole removal on my chin (a very small raised mole) that I had been wanting removed for years. Dr Pena was talking and laughing with her assistant during the procedure which I felt uncomfortable about and was wishing they were a little more focused as they dug into my face. I went in for a routine skin check and made it clear up front that I would be paying out of pocket instead of through insurance. The front office provided a pricing breakdown so I could pay in full that day/ I paid exactly what they quoted me. Weeks later, I received a. additional bill for services they failed to mention at the time of payment. The nursing assistant was very rude and had no bedside manners or warmth. She wouldn't look at us or look us in the eye. We had booked an appointment and listed the items we needed to discuss when we called to book, and they said that was fine. They wanted to get a few appointments out of us to charge more. She stated that we can only discuss 1-2 issues, and then you'll have to return to address the third. These were standard skin issues that you consult with a dermatologist!
