I Paid in full 10k for 3 dental implants 2 years ago. I still have 3 empty holes in my mouth. Mainly my fault because I’m not in a location near here BUT I’ve asked to have my records sent over to my current dentist 3 times. I’ve signed requested release forms and NOTHING. Then the person on the phone RUDELY asked WHY I needed my records and I said because they are mine. He said they wouldn’t release them to me without knowing the exact reason I wanted them. It seems as I was recovering from surgery, the financial officer was wanting me to buy things I didn’t need. I heard her twice say, put all three things in the bag. My surgeon did not think it was that big of a deal. I did. I do have to say, the surgery, itself, was well done and professional. The surgery assistants were really kind and professional as well. I just can’t trust the financial office, at all.
I had all my teeth pulled yesterday. Dr B, Rebecca and one other staff member did a fantastic job. It was an 8 hour surgery and I sleep 6 of the 8 hour. From the receptionist who is a heavenly being, too Tiffany, and the head of the lab who rushed my case through in 4 days! The entire staff was great. Now, 12 hours after surgery, I am pain free. I highly recommend this group.
awesome...on the price side but the service is excellent.
They are awesome people. Very friendly and very supportive. They do an outstanding job. They keep you comfortable.
