Thank you so much for comforting me while I was an absolute hot mess getting my old crown fixed. I strongly dislike going to the dentist, but my appointment yesterday actually went really well! I appreciated the reassurance you all provided me, and the patience with my many questions, tears, and need to put chapstick on frequently. I am really grateful you let me be myself during these procedures that make me very uneasy. I will definitely be back and am greatful everyone in this office is so warm, kind, and understanding.
Each time I have an appointment I am greeted with friendly, helpful and lovely staff that welcomes me and puts me at ease. Today's appointment was easy and fun! When I started coming here nine years ago I was terrified of dental work and consequently needed a lot of it. Dr. Ippisch and team are always kind to me and over time have helped me develop equanimity. Some procedures still stress me but I know I will be in excellent and caring hands.
This was my first visit to Advanced Dentistry. I was grateful that they could see me so quickly when I was not one of their patient.s Their care and concern was amazing.

The best dentist in Santa Cruz. Staff are helpful and friendly. They even gave me a ride to the office when my car broke down! My teeth are in good hands with Dr ippisch and his staff! They are top notch.
I was very sad Tricia had retired but am happy for her just the same. She chose her replacement very well. I was totally comfortable with Gina and am pleased to have her as my new hygienist. Thank you!
