Wonderful experience!
My experience was excellent from my reminders by email and text, to being greeted at the front desk, to my exam by the dentist, to my cleaning, to the scheduling of my next appointment! Everyone is so nice and friendly! Oh, I almost forgot, the music was like it was programmed for me personally! I almost wanted to stay so I could keep listening to the music and wearing the sunglasses provided for my cleaning! Thank you!

While visiting Capitola from east coast to attend a family wedding, I needed cosmetic dental repair. I contacted Dr. Ippisch’s office and the “exceeding expectations” started there with professional and caring staff. I got an appointment immediately and Dr. Ippisch gave me my treatment options and performed the repair work quickly and professionally. His repair work looked better than original dental work. His office is efficient, friendly, and should serve as a model for other dentists to emulate.
When in for cleaning and got a lot of information too. They explain everything, from what they were doing, billing questions and how to have an easier time for my next visit. Outstanding service and staff. Thanks again everyone at the office

I'm really pleased to have Gina as my hygenist and feel very comfortable in her hands. She is competent, thorough and gentle. In fact, all of the staff are friendly, fun and exceptional. Thank you all!
Having dentistry done heightens my anxiety level! I let them know & the N2O2 calmed me down & I kept waiting for the intensity of the injection & it never happened - absolutely pain & stress free!!! The appointment was smooth & I felt well-taken care of. Kerry, the assistant, & Dr. Ippisch kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. If you need dental work done, this is the place to go!!!!
