Great dental office, Dr Ayoub is great, very dedicated and cares about his patients, also, the front desk girl Stephanie was very nice and helpful, answered to all my questions. I will be coming back
The dentist was nice but they are really incompetent when dealing with insurance. They said they'll get approval for a deep cleaning, which took ages to file, then when that came back denied (because xrays were not included) I had to call and ask what's going on. They didn't call me at all after the initial visit even though they said they'll get the approval and call me to schedule a cleaning. I had to call multiple times and ask what's going on.
My nephew”s wife Deena referred me to this place. I wish it had parking. Super clean, great modern xray technology. receptionist and dental hygienist kind, and good bedside manner. Doctor knowledgeable, attentive. Visit was quick, no waiting.
Advanced Dental in Union City is hands down the best! Dr. Ali Ayoub is a fantastic dentist who truly cares about his patients—he takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you're comfortable every step of the way. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making each visit a breeze. On top of that, the office is beautiful both inside and out—clean, modern, and welcoming. I couldn't be happier with my experience!
Very good hospitable staff exceptional receptionist, patient understanding. The doctor is very knowledgeable. I have a lot of patience. I would definitely recommend Advanced Dental on 4111 Park Avenue Union City to anyone who needs dental work
