My 2 month old had to have a Lip tie fixed and I’m so extremely happy to have chosen advanced dental concepts as the place to have it done. Karen happily helped work with my insurance . Assistant Holley was as sweet and perfect as can be all the way down to bringing me a bottle of water and blanket to make me comfortable nursing . Dr Kaitlyn was the Best and was so calming and walked me through everything to keep me and baby calm! Thank you so much Advanced Dental !
I was a huge fan of this practice, but my opinion is changing. On a couple of my last family visits, we have waited in the chair for more than an hour to see a dentist. I think Dr. Spurlock is missed, the office seems to lack some discipline since his departure. Also wi-fi would be appreciated, given the wait times...
I cannot express the gratitude I have for this place and everyone who works here! From the front desk to the Dentists, and everyone in between, and very hardworking, they take their time with you, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door! Had some teeth extraction done today and didnt feel a thing! I would also like to inform that Dr. ED explained everything he was doing during the process of the extraction. I had to have a deep cleaning done, and if you have any idea what that is, it is two hours in the chair of basically going deep and cleaning your teeth possibly under the gum. I have experienced a lot of dental work in my time and really dreaded it. Chassidy is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and thorough dental hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She walks you through it and explains what is going on. I can’t brag enough about the incredible care from start to finish we received for my son. He is almost five months old and had his tongue and lip tie revised today by Dr. Kaitlin. The incredible care started earlier this week for us when we first contacted them over the phone. The front staff listened greatly and did all they could to help us, Mrs. Karen the insurance coordinator went above and beyond to help us determine if this was what my son needed because we are from out of state, the assistant we met today made us fee... read more
