I was very anxious and nervous when I walked into Advance Dental today for my root canal. The Dental assistant made very comfortable until Dr. Nichols came in and he assured me that they would do everything to make my experience comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience and had no uncomfortable, stinging or painful feelings. It was the best root canal I've ever had! They have such a great team there.....if you are not going to Advance Dental in Florence, you made to ask your dentist for a transfer.
Dr Hess is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever encountered. You can tell he really cares about you. I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out and even though it wasn't the most comfortable experience, he was constantly making sure I was ok and did everything he could to make sure I was in the least amount of pain possible. I'm so glad I chose to start going to Advanced Dental.
