I have been going to Advanced Dental Center for almost 17 years. I can't say enough about the staff. as they are a very caring/sensitive group, that has shown a lot of patience in dealing with some special issues. (I'm a gagger!!!!!) If you look at me wrong I will gag, So you could imagine what it's like having fingers and tools in my mouth. It's horrible!! My gag reflex is so bad that they have to stop every few minutes. ADC is hands down the best Dental practice i've been to. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room and they always go straight to work... no waiting in the back, no waiting on the Dentist. need X-rays done? BAM... they take you right there and then back to the chair. They kept me informed the entire time of everything that was going on, the cost of each procedure that would be needed and how much insurance covered. Lost a crown right in the middle of my upper on Friday afternoon. Bummer! Of course, the clinic was closed on Monday for the holiday. Got the office on Tuesday morning. The receptionist took my info and called me back shortly with a Friday A.M. appointment. My crown was replaced and I was out of there in 1 hour and 45 minutes. I hated to go so long with my front tooth missing, but thankfully, I made it alright till then and got my smile corrected. Coming from someone who is absolutely terrified of dentist and dentist office (normally full blown panic attack once I start to walk in ) I can say that advanced dental is amazing. They do everything you can to make sure you're comfortable and work quickly. I've never had a long there the few times that I've been.
Excellent experience. Everyone very friendly, professional and understanding. Everything was explained prior to doing it. My insurance was verified and I knew my cost prior to the work being performed. I worried for nothing!
EVERYONE WAS REALLY NICE. THEY EVEN GAVE ME THE CUTEST PLASTIC CUP WITH THE LID AND STRAW WITH THEIR NAME ON IT. IN THE BACK, THE DENTIST AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE SO VERY NICE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY HAD MY BEST INTERESTS AT HEART AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE I DID THE THINGS I NEEDED DONE IN THE MOST MONEY FRIENDLY WAY, I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUING MY DENTAL JOURNEY WITH THEM, ALSO THE LOBBY AND IS QUAINT, RESTROOM CLEAN, AND THE EQUIPMENT!! WOW...SEEMS LIKE THE LATEST IN TECHNOLOGY!
In the past I have had terrible dental experiences with other dentists and hygienists. I have recently moved to this area, so I am uneasy about seeing a new dentist in a new area without a personal referral. My confidence was restored with my first visit to Advanced Dental Center. The polite staff, seasoned hygienist, and experienced dentist put me at ease and earned my trust.
My first visit at Advanced Dental Center was so much better than I anticipated. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging Knowing I am going to need a lot of dental work done I feel at ease knowing they will be doing it .
Execellent everyone was wonderful best dentist experience I've ever had Advance dental you Rock!!!
