RIDICULOUS!! While Dr. Purcell is an incredible professional, I cannot say the same for the office staff as I have been trying to get a financial breakdown for services for over a month now only to be told "YOU ARE ON BARB'S TIME" Since when did this become an appropriate manner of client care? When my son's care dental is complete, if it even gets completed, we will be seeking services elsewhere----where BARB doesn't rule the world! What a joke!!

I have written glowing reports about the cleanliness of the facility and the efficiency of the staff before. This review is a compliment regarding Barbara the office manager. She has gone over and above in her efforts to be sure my dental insurance covers what I am paying for. She has explained to me every step of the way.and kept me in the loop. No questions I asked were dismissed and she made me feel I was a priority. I am sure she is this professional , polite and respectful of all the patients. Thank you !!

Miguel is an excellent dental hygienist. He has excellent care and concern for his patients. He always takes the extra time to explain what he is doing. I truly appreciate his professionalism.

Dr Riddle is amazing! Her assistant Connie is wonderful. Past dental experiences have always left me too frightened to return. From front desk staff, to billing, all my needs were met. I will continue with Dr Riddle, finally calm enough to complete my dental needs. ❤

Staff is very friendly but not worth the extra $3000.00 they wanted to charge me. I have a Careington Dental plan that they say they accept, but again they wanted over $5000.00 for a bridge replacement that I had done for $2089.00 at another very reputable dental office on University parkway. I’m very happy with the staff and the price at the other place. I’m just upset for the waste of my time and cost of my office visit.

Was scheduled out 6 months in advance with Hygienist Danielle, get there for my cleaning only to find out SHE switched me to another hygienist NOT OK!! I like Dr Purcell, but when the hygienist can pick and choose her patients,THAT IS NOT OK!! Totally lost my business!!
