I chipped part of a tooth on a fairly new bridge. I called the office and got the first available appointment. I was satisfied with the time as it was not urgent. It was repaired in no time. All the staff are service oriented and very pleasant. Dr Jay is the best!! Linda
Advanced Dental is great. They give me reminders a month, a week, and day before my appointments. I have plenty of time to arrange my day or reschedule. They text. I don't have annoying robe - phone calls. Service is on time and friendly. They give me a toothbrush to go. Super.
Everyone in the office takes great of you. Never the awkwardness where you feel like your question is small or stupid. They are good at communicating with you and keeping you on track in a very nice and professional way - even if you're scared and grumpy.
Teeth cleaning is always a pleasant and quick experience. I trust and follow all suggestions made in making my dental health it's best!
I have been seeing Dr. Elbrecht for 3 years now. He is very gentle, professional and friendly. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have difficulty comprehending procedures at time and he is very patient and thorough with his information to be sure I can make the best decision. The office is equipped with high tech equipment. All the staff is super caring and friendly. They always try to accommodate the patients requests. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is your place!
