From the moment my husband and I entered the front door , we were treated with such caring and professional people . The young ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Dr Jorgenson is so professional and explained everything to us in detail . Chelsea the hygienist was just wonderful , so gentle and caring . I highly recommend this wonderful team .
Dental work is never fun & sometimes painful. All of the staff at Advanced Dental are empathetic to the max. The patient's comfort is at the top of their list while they are working on teeth. They use the newest techniques & tools to assure the best care. Give them a trial visit to experience their care. Everything is clearly explained until you fully understand it.
Going to this office is so clean and modern. They also have great music playing. I love their reminder appointments notifications via email and text. It’s really helpful especially with the text. The staff there are very professional and very accommodating. My cleaning was done and I had some questions regarding my teeth and gums and the hygienist was very knowledgeable and recommended several options. Being a new patient of Dr Jorgensen, Im happy to receive his utmost dental care services. His office is clean and his staff is welcoming and friendly. I would recommend him as one of the best dentist in Costa Mesa.
Great Dentist and friendly staff!
The atmosphere here was very calm and welcoming. The staff are all very friendly and kind, making sure that you are taken care of. They practice good public health measures by wearing masks in the office. The providers are thorough in their care. My only concern is that their services are a bit out of my budget, otherwise I would continue receiving my care here.
Every time I come in for an appointment, I am always seen in a timely fashion. Everyone is very kind and provide valuable information to maintain great oral hygiene.
Dr. Jorgensen is one of best dentists I ever had. Professional, caring, puts patient needs first. Kim is a great hygienist, assistant, sharp, caring excellent at her work. Front office is efficient and accurate with billing. Best dental office I have ever gone to.
I have been with Advanced Dental for a few years now and have been very happy with the service and quality of the office and employees. Will continue and recommend friends and family whenever I can!
