Joe and the ADS Team were lifesavers. My household computer hard drive, which contained irreplaceable files, died on me one day. After I performed every WRONG action on the drive trying to fix it myself I called Joe. His military relations and pricing were exactly what I needed. Joe never spoke down to me, even after I bungled up and opened the drive. RESULTS The information my wife and I needed off the drive was saved (along with everything else). Just got back from another great experience. This is the third time I've come to them for help with a problem I didn't think could be solved. Every time they have successfully helped me recover my data, even once when my friend at the FBI tech lab said it could not be done. I would recommend them to anyone who ever came across a seemingly impossible hard drive problem!

This is the place to go if you your hard drive suddenly gives up on you. Joe was great. He was thorough in answering my questions. He took his time explaining everything, from how a drive works, possible causes as to why they fail, to how the data is recovered. Once they have analyzed my drive, they explained what was needed to be done to recover my files. The following day, my data was ready to be reviewed. Joe and his team recovered 100% of my data. I had tried several other "data recovery" places closer to my house but none were able to even access my hard drive. I took it to ADS because they were the only place in San Diego I could find that had their own clean room and didn't ship it out to an outside lab. They gave me a good price and it sincerely felt like they knew what they were doing.
