If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I came in January for my first appointment (made it a few weeks advanced). Never received and calls , texts or emails confirming my appointment. I went in and the lady up front told me that she had “called” me and the day before and said that I had cancelled the appointment. I had proof that she never called me or gave me anything to even cancel. Then she proceeded to tell me it was my fault that the appointment was cancelled when clearly it was not. I've been coming here for years, the doctors are amazing and the staff is generally great HOWEVER time management does not exist. Every single time I have a scheduled appointment, I am not even taken to a room until 30 minutes after my appointment time, literally every time and that doesn't include how long it takes to see the doctor. They expect you to be on time to the clinic but could care less to respect your time as well. This is 5 years of this being a consistent problem with scheduled appointments.
They always understaff this place and any time you call in I swear the nurse never gets back to you it’s so frustrating. I had to request an Epi pen because mine has expired and it’s now been 6 business days and no one has filled it or given me a call back so I had to miss both my allergy shots. I asked my personal doctor to refill it for me at least and now it’s this whole other big deal trying to get it.
