I have a large living room shaggy type vibrant red rug. The service was excellent. The rug looks and smells great very clean. The guys that picked up and dropped off the rug were very quick and professional and polite. I would definitely recommend and use this service annually to clean my rug.
Fantastic service all around! I submitted a quote request one evening, was called the following morning and from there they picked up the carpet on a Friday and returned it looking beautiful and smelling perfectly the following Friday. We have a huge 10x14 rug with a 50/50face of wool and viscose. We made our appointment for cleaning and they picked up our rug a couple days later. They brought it back one week later and it looks fantastic. The delivery guys came within the promised window both times and were friendly and quick. So impressed! Thank you!!
Outstanding, highly efficient service. From pickup to cleaning to delivery, the entire process was seamless. Chad is truly exceptional to work with. I purchased two expensive carpets from Morocco and wanted them professionally cleaned before the holidays, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer care or higher quality work. The rugs look and smell wonderful. I highly recommend their services!
Advanced Cleaning Systems did an amazing job on my rug. They scheduled a time for pick-up and drop-off and the rug came back looking like new. The delivery guys were great with the removal and relaid my rug perfectly. Highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Systems and I definitely will be using them again.
