Fantastic service all around! I submitted a quote request one evening, was called the following morning and from there they picked up the carpet on a Friday and returned it looking beautiful and smelling perfectly the following Friday. Myles, Caymon, and everyone else I came into contact with were friendly and immensely helpful. Pet odors are gone, minor stains are gone, my concerns that I needed to get a new rug are gone! I have a large living room shaggy type vibrant red rug. The service was excellent. The rug looks and smells great very clean. The guys that picked up and dropped off the rug were very quick and professional and polite. I would definitely recommend and use this service annually to clean my rug.

Our experience has been fantastic if I could give you a zillion stars I would from pick up to delivery. Everything went smoothly on time they worked with our time schedule. Honestly everything is great. Our rug feels so good and it is so clean. We didn’t realize it was so dirty but it’s like a brand new rug. It’s fantastic. You are a great company. Thank you so so much and you have a great crew of people.

We have a huge 10x14 rug with a 50/50face of wool and viscose. We made our appointment for cleaning and they picked up our rug a couple days later. They brought it back one week later and it looks fantastic. The delivery guys came within the promised window both times and were friendly and quick. So impressed! Thank you!!

Great company to work with. They were always on time. Kept me informed of what was happening, and were respectful of my belongings. They put the carpet back down, put all of the non-skid pads back in place, and put the furniture exactly where they found it. Cannot say enough good things about these people. Would use them again.
