Simply perfect and convenient. They go to your home and pick up the rug for you! Their service was impeccable and my brand new rug got perfectly cleaned (my dogs decided to pee on it after just couple of hours of being delivered). Highly recommended.
Myles, Chad and Caymon were all very accommodating and professional. I needed my Oriental rug cleaned from cat urine. After having it steam cleaned twice, it still had an odor. ACS texted when they were on the way and picked up my large rug. The next week they scheduled and brought my rug back, however, I noticed it still slight smell.
