My first impression was their customer service over the phone. They were informative and sounded professional rather than a used car salesman. This team was wonderful from beginning to end!! Rare and exceptional customer service and attention to details. Polite and respectful and very educational without being pushy!! Will use again!
We called on the fly and Chad was actually going the opposite direction but he made sure his son Myles would be there for us. When he arrived he was expecting us, greeted us with a great smile and was so courteous and professional! Same experience when we picked up.
The Advanced team were great communicators. It was nice to receive text reminders - letting us know when they were on the way to the job and had finished. Floors looking totally new when they left. Would happily use them again!
Carpets look great! They were prompt and courteous. Will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family!
I am sorry I didn't get the name of the young man who Advanced Cleaning Systems sent to my home this week...he really did an outstanding job. He came in, checked out the areas that needed cleaning, spoke with me about them and went to work!! There were a few pet stains on the carpet and he was able to remove them. I can't say enough good about Advanced Cleaning and have been recommending them to all my friends!
