RecommendedFriendly, professional service by the owner's two sons. I was very happy with the way my carpets looked after they were finished! Also appreciated that I was given a slot for the very next day after someone else cancelled.
With a new puppy in the house, we needed our living room rug seriously cleaned. I called the guys at Advanced Cleaning, they came out the next day and took my rug away. When they brought it back, not only did it smell fresh as a daisy, the colors looked more rich and brighter. I even got to watch the cleaning on YouTube. I called Mr. Mays one afternoon, and he was able to schedule carpet cleaning for the next day. The technician showed up as scheduled and was finished in about an hour. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I have used their services before and will call them again. Thank you!
The owner, Mr Mayes, answered my call on a Saturday, and had me scheduled within a week. The young men who came (the owner’s sons) were polite and professional, and they treated my home with care. My furniture looks great!
